Once the thesis is completed and approved, you need to upload the thesis file in PDF format to the library's repository system. Here's how: - Students fill out form. acesse.one/PenyerahanSkripsiUndira - After completing the form, students will immediately receive a response email containing a Submission Certificate and a link to submit the thesis (Unggah Mandiri) - After uploading the thesis via the link, library staff will review the completeness of the thesis. After review, students will receive a validation notification via email. - If the thesis is rejected, students should revise the thesis according to the instructions in the validation notification and submit it in the revisions section of the Unggah Mandiri link. - Once validated, students should bring the Submission Certificate to the library to be signed by library staff. The library is open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM WIB. It is open on weekdays and Saturdays.

The number of books student can borrow is limited to two at a time.

The loan period for a book is 2 week or 14 days and students can extend it up one day before the book return deadline.

If student return a book late, they will be fined based on the number of days late, which is Rp 500 per day for each book.

SKBP can be processed after you return all the borrowed books and have no dependents at the library. You can come directly to the library to ask for a signature from the library service staff.
