Once the thesis is completed and approved, you need to upload the thesis file in PDF format to the library's repository system. Here's how: - Students fill out the THESIS SUBMISSION REQUEST form. acesse.one/PenyerahanSkripsiUndira - After completing the form, students will immediately receive a response email containing a Submission Certificate and a link to submit the thesis file independently. - After uploading the thesis via the link, library staff will review the completeness of the thesis. After review, students will receive a validation notification via email. - If the thesis is rejected, students should revise the thesis according to the instructions in the validation notification and submit it in the revisions section of the Independent Upload link. - Once validated, students should bring the Submission Certificate to the library to be signed by library staff. The number of books I can borrow is limited to two at a time.

SKBP can be processed after you return all the borrowed books and have no dependents at the library. You can come directly to the library to ask for a signature from the library service staff.

If I return a book late, I will be fined based on the number of days late, which is Rp 500 per day for each book.

The loan period for a book is 2 week or 14 days. If the book is not finished, students can usually extend it up to one day before the return deadline.
