Once the thesis is completed and approved, you need to upload the thesis file in PDF format to the library's repository system. Here's how: - Students fill out the THESIS SUBMISSION REQUEST form. acesse.one/PenyerahanSkripsiUndira - After completing the form, students will immediately receive a response email containing a Submission Certificate and a link to submit the thesis file independently. - After uploading the thesis via the link, library staff will review the completeness of the thesis. After review, students will receive a validation notification via email. - If the thesis is rejected, students should revise the thesis according to the instructions in the validation notification and submit it in the revisions section of the Independent Upload link. - Once validated, students should bring the Submission Certificate to the library to be signed by library staff. The library is open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM WIB. It is usually open on weekdays and Saturdays.

The loan period for a book is 2 week or 14 days. If the book is not finished, students can usually extend it up to one day before the return deadline.

SKBP can be processed after you return all the borrowed books and have no dependents at the library. You can come directly to the library to ask for a signature from the library service staff.
